Our policies

Delete your account or request your data

Sign in, open Account → Delete account and saved data, and confirm. This deletes your account and associated saved items and cases across devices. Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account. For retention details, see our Privacy Policy.

If you cannot sign in, or want access to or correction of your information, email info@midpointcorp.com from your account email when possible. We may verify account ownership. Do not send your password.

Choose your alerts

Use Alerts to change saved-item monitoring and email preferences. Email alerts include an unsubscribe link. Manage phone notifications and camera permission in your device settings. Account confirmation and password-reset messages are separate from optional recall alerts.

Sources and attribution

Recall Desk uses CPSC recalls and FDA notices and data. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these agencies. Original notices and any photos linked from them are hosted by their respective publishers. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.

Grocery barcode data is provided by Open Food Facts under the Open Database License (ODbL). Catalog entries can be incomplete or incorrect. Third-party names and trademarks identify their respective products or sources.

Report a problem

Report incorrect information, privacy concerns, or suspected misuse of intellectual property to info@midpointcorp.com. Include the affected page or record and a brief explanation.
