End User License Agreement (EULA)

Recall Desk is provided by Midpoint Software Group. The Recall Desk app distributed through Apple’s App Store uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. We have not supplied a custom replacement license.
The linked agreement governs your license to the Apple app, including permitted use, termination, external services, warranties, and liability. This page identifies the applicable license; it does not replace or reproduce that agreement.
Our Terms of Service cover Recall Desk’s website and account services. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices. The Standard EULA governs the Apple app license if these documents conflict on a licensing matter. TestFlight testing is also subject to Apple’s applicable TestFlight terms.
